Astera's Audio Banking gives the member banking over an automated phone service. There is only one simple application to complete. Choose your four-digit personal identification number (PIN), and you're ready to go. Use any touch-tone phone and perform a variety of transactions including loan calculations. You are also able to utilize Online Banking or Mobile Banking in order to process the payment. A payment can be made by transferring funds to the appropriate loan. These payment methods are free of charge!
